HOW DOES A-PET-CARE EHRLICHIA RAPID TEST FOR DOGS WORK:
A-PET-CARE One Step for Ehrlichia Antibody Rapid Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test cassette has a testing window with an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone. When the treated sample is applied into the sample (S) hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow through the surface of the test strip. If there are Ehrlichia antibodies in the specimen, a visible T line will appear. The C line should always appear after a sample is applied, which indicates a valid result. This means, the device can accurately indicate the presence or absence of E.Canis antibodies in the sample.
Results are ready in 5-10 minutes.
